\n7. Prices, Estimates and Additional Work<\/span><\/strong>
\nPrices depend on the nature of the intervention, the time required, the location of the vehicle, the equipment and spare parts needed, and other relevant circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any applicable call-out fees, diagnostic charges, labour costs, spare parts costs, taxes and additional charges will be communicated to the customer as required by law and the circumstances of the service.<\/span><\/p>\n

A preliminary estimate is not a final invoice unless expressly agreed as a fixed price.<\/span><\/p>\n

If additional work becomes necessary beyond the agreed scope, the Company will seek the customer’s approval before proceeding, except where a different procedure is lawfully agreed or applicable law provides otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for paying the agreed charges in accordance with the applicable quotation, service agreement and invoice.

\n8. Payment Terms<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe applicable payment method, payment deadline and any deposit or advance payment requirements will be communicated to the customer before the relevant service is confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where advance payment is required, the Company will inform the customer of the amount and payment conditions before dispatch or commencement of work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any contractual consequences of late or non-payment will be subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nothing in this section excludes any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers.

\n9. Cancellations and Service Delays<\/span><\/strong>

The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide services within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer. However, arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle location, technical complications, parts availability and other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, estimated arrival times are not guaranteed deadlines.

\n10. Customer Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>
\nWhen requesting a service, the customer must provide accurate and sufficiently detailed information, including, where relevant:<\/span>
\n– Vehicle type, registration number and identification details.<\/span>
\n– The vehicle’s exact location.<\/span>
\n– A description of the fault or breakdown.<\/span>
\n– Relevant safety or access restrictions.<\/span>
\n– The contact details of the person coordinating the intervention.<\/span>
\nThe customer must ensure that the service location can be accessed safely and legally and must inform the Company of any known hazards.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary to authorise the requested work on the vehicle.
\n<\/span>
\n11. Warranty and Liability<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe Company will perform agreed services with appropriate professional care and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any applicable warranty, guarantee or remedy relating to the services or parts supplied will be governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

Subject to applicable law, the Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, nor for pre-existing vehicle defects or faults unrelated to the work performed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Company does not guarantee that every breakdown can be repaired at the roadside or that every vehicle can be returned to operation during the initial intervention.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where an on-site repair is not feasible or safe, further work or alternative arrangements may be required.
